Directions to Moonlight Beach
From the North:

Take the I-5 SOUTH and Exit Encinitas Blvd.

Turn RIGHT so you’re heading WEST.

Once you reach Old Highway 101, Go STRAIGHT through the light.
Encinitas Blvd. Will turn into B Street once you cross Old Highway 101.

At the First stop sign, turn LEFT onto 3rd Street and
continue up the very steep hill.

The Moonlight sign on the right will indicate the beach. Turn RIGHT
onto C Street and the large parking lot is on your RIGHT hand side.
From the South:

Take the I-5 NORTH and Exit Encinitas Blvd.

Turn LEFT so you’re heading WEST.

Once
you reach Old Highway 101, Go STRAIGHT through the
light. Encinitas Blvd. Will turn into B Street once you
cross Old Highway 101.

At the First stop sign, turn LEFT onto 3rd Street and

From Inland North County:

Take the 78 WEST.

Take the I-5 SOUTH and Exit Encinitas Blvd.

Turn RIGHT so you’re heading WEST.

Once you reach Old Highway 101, Go STRAIGHT through the light.
Encinitas Blvd. Will turn into B Street once you cross Old Highway 101.

At the First stop sign, turn LEFT onto 3rd Street and
continue up the very steep hill.

The Moonlight sign on the right will indicate the beach. Turn RIGHT
onto C Street and the large parking lot is on your RIGHT hand side.
*Please note: There a lot of
different ways to reach this spot by using side roads and other highways.
It’s all a matter of preference and accessibility. I've found these to be
the easiest and least confusing of the bunch. Enjoy!
